The Lampshades were built for an outdoor installation at the "Porlwi by Light" festival in Port-Louis Mauritius.
The installation consist of 20 giant lampshades of which 10 illuminate and celebrate the architectural details and visual landmarks of the capital city Port Louis.
The lampshades were installed on a pedestrian street creating a lively spot for people to gather and enjoy [in the evening breeze] over the 3 nights of the festival.
